Customization Showcase: Check Out This Custom Build by Glover Customs

This will be the first in a series we’re calling the Customization Showcase, in which we take especially awesome builds that the team here at Glover Customs has put together and give you an even better taste of what’s possible when it comes to building the custom Jeep or truck of your dreams. Today, we’re going to take a closer look at a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that the team built for a customer in Texas back in early 2023.

As you’ll hear from Jared Glover himself by watching the video below, this is an excellent example of what we can do here. A customer was referred to us and wanted something incredibly specific, with pictures, concepts and all sorts of ideas in mind. We were able to bring his dream to life in the vehicle you’ll read about below and ultimately see in the video, and we couldn’t be more proud of this custom build. So, without further ado, check it out!

To kick this build off we actually ordered from Jeep the exact Wrangler Rubicon our customer wanted, down to every option and minute detail – such as the 4.88 axle gears they wanted. They didn’t want the Xtreme Recon package as they wanted a different lift kit, but these days the manufacturer let’s you opt for the gears without the full package, which is exactly what we did here.

One unique thing about this build that’s different from a lot of other builds we do is the paint job. More often than not we’ll send a vehicle to our paint partners for an all-black finish or something similarly dark, and accent colors come in the way of the different parts that we add to the vehicle. This time around, the customer knew they wanted a lot of red accents to show through, so we actually had the Jeep painted red and a majority of its accessories are black instead.

There are a ton of customization options included in this vehicle, from a fully upgraded audio system to several pieces of DV8 body protection. Much like Jared mentions in the video, there are likely upgrades and accessories we’re forgetting to mention here, but you can check out the list below for as full of a list as we can muster.
